[Heathkit] Finned plate caps on DX-100 finals

I am not sure why the finned caps would be a pain to take off.
I have taken tubes out of DX100s several times and never had any difficulty.
Maybe the chokes are in a super short tether.

I believe they came that way and would increase the dissipation
slightly, but as you I can't believe they would be a deal breaker. My
SB-101 does not have them as well but of course that is SSB and not AM.
