I hope people will keep the responses to Rick on the reflector so all of us 
get a chance to learn with Rick.  These types of "adventures" I know are 
VERY valuable to me, and so what if your answer is wrong or not exactly 
right, none of us gets them all right.  I do enjoy reading these instructive 
posts, as they apply to other rigs with the same finals, modulators, etc.

I have discovered AM and vintage radios late in life, and am having a ball 
learning as I go.  I am re-learning old skills that I had let lapse due to 
life, job, family, etc getting in the way for many years!!  Now I can 
concentrate on these other things and have some fun along the way.

So, please, keep the posts "public" so all can learn as Rick does.
