[Heathkit] Finned plate caps on DX-100 finals

Are those finned plate caps on the 6146's in the DX-100 really
necessary? They're a bit of a pain to get on and off. Seems like
something like the porcelain caps used with the 1625's, or spring
clips like the KWM-2 uses (same final tube) would work better. I get
it that they're supposed to dissipate heat but other radios that use
6146's don't seem to need them so I'm inclined to ditch them here
too, unless there is a good reason not to.
