[Heathkit] cleaning wafer switchs

Carl:

No longer safe. The brake cleaners were fine last month but on a buy this
past week the cheapest stuff contains Acetone and other stuff that leaves a
mess. Around here the good stuff is now ~ a dollar more.

Or go to your local distilled spirits provider and get a bottle of 
Everclear, it's 190 proof grain alcohol. I use this stuff for cleaning 
camera lenses and other optics. Rubbing alcohol will leave a residue or 
film.
