[Heathkit] cleaning wafer switchs

I restored a SX-62 that was so soaked with the stuff that it killed the HFO on the two VHF bands. I had to give it several cleanings with some spray designed to clean electric motor commutators in order to get it to work. A little of the stuff may do some good but a lot does a whole lot of harm.

The only thing worse I can think of was described in a Radio News story. A hot shot repairman was trying to show off to a repairman from another shop and was demonstrating his skill by quickly diagnosing a dirty band switch in a complex all wave receiver that needed cleaning. He explained this out loud while grabbing a can of cleaner and liberally spraying the switch. He suddenly stopped and sniffed the air and realized he had just soaked the multi-section switch with a can of anti-corona insulating varnish.
