Good afternoon, Garey.

I thought I was being careful not to do that, but it is certainly 
possible.  Physically it would be not only possible but easy.

I could try swapping them and see what happens.  From the schematic 
it doesn't look like I'd be likely to blow something up by doing 
that, but can't be sure (I haven't done anything with AM or tube 
stuff in 45 years and am far from an expert).

Am I taking a chance on blowing something up if I swap the plate caps?
