I have the answer to LONG Life!  Eat a lot of fried chicken.  However, when 
you do s,o poke a small hole in the skin and then suck up all the fat under 
the skin so as none is wasted.  The chicken fat helps "slick up" your 
arteries so blood gets lubricated and can flow through them easier.

So I take it that your idea of New England healthy eating, ELIMINATES
*all* pork sausage?  Bacon is not consumed either?

It is labeled as Boston Butt.  That is what Kielbasa is made from.
Pirogi is potatoes, Farmer's cheese, and onions - placed in a pasta wrapper.

The largest cause of those whom immigrated here from Poland, was the
jobs in the old steel mills.  Not their diet!

The population of Poles is higher in Pittsburgh than it is in Warsaw.
The next big concentration is Chicago.....

Let's stick with radios, OKAY?  Until you've made and cooked these
items, at least over 40 years - you don't know enough about it.
