Kielbasa, Pirogi, and the other Polish staples do NOT shorten one's 
lifespan.

Both of my Mother's parents lived into their 80s.  One at 84, had a 
small stroke that caused him to fall backward against the tub and caused 
a sever cerebral hemorrhage.  The other passed at 86, and that came 
after she dropped a coffee pot and broke her hip and had to have it 
replaced.

So much for "New England" style healthy eating.......

There is much more to this than WHAT is being cooked and eaten.
