[Heathkit] What do I have? (not an April Fool's joke)

I found a bag of components in my junkbox. This collection of things
intrigues me!

The bag is one of those Heathkit waxy translucent baggies complete with
serrated edge opening.

Bag shows genuine Heathkit markings: ink-stenciled #40-492

Contains:
3 "if coils" marked #40-577 #40-819 and the 3rd one is unmarked but
unlike the first two, has a very (VERY!) healthy winding.
1 crystal (#404-236) 3579.545 Kc
1 #57-32 looks like a black squarish piece of licorice. I think I see 2
diode type markings on this. It has 3 leads coming out of the bottom.
1 (no Heath #) 3900pF 5% 500V- SF This is shaped like an old
traditionally shaped 5 watt (but bigger) cylindrical/axial resistor - BUT
molded IN CLEAR PLASTIC ?

Keep in mind that this could just be a leftover baggie that became a
catch-all for unassociated components, but methinks it's leftover (or
OPTIONAL) parts to some Heathkit.

Could any of these IF coils be the optional coils for the SB series (i.e.
SB-620??)
