[Heathkit] HW-101 lever knob

Stan:

There was a guy, several years ago, who had cast a bunch of them and sold them by the piece.  Seems he made like 3 - 400 of them or so.  Like said it was several years ago but if he's still around I'll be he still has the mold and probably could make more of them.

Just a suggestion.
