[Heathkit] capacitor testers

G'day all, I am trying to find out if the circuits for the IM-18 and the
IM-28 capacitor testers are the same.  I only have a IM-28 manual but am
still trying to repair my IM-18 which I can only suspect now has some wiring
error(s) in it.  Would the assembly steps be the same or similar in the two
units?  Thanks in advance for any help and happy Thanksgiving to all.
