[Heathkit] O.T. Dow Key Coaxial Relay

AC relays work fine on a lower DC voltage, Ive usually found it to be a 3 or 
4:1 ratio at least for AC ratings in the 12-24V range. Fer instance 3.25VDC 
draws similar current on a 12VAC relay.
