Anyone have an extra 6GW8 or two they would sell?

The SB-101 recently sent to me that tube was loose, fell out and broke in 
shipping. Ahhh, the value of adding a bit of crumpled newspaper inside the 
radio!!!
I looked on ebay, didn't realize they would be that expensive. I would 
rather give that cost to someone in the group. In defense of the seller, he 
did refund a reasonable cost for a replacement tube as payment for his 
neglect in packing. There are some good guys out there.

Or---is there a good substitute for this tube?
