[Heathkit] Need IO-104 Oscilloscope Vertical Attenuator Switch

I have a Heathkit IO-104 O'scope that appears to be in working order
except for a broken rear wafer on the Vertical Attenuator Switch
(SW2-5F). Does anyone have a "junker" IO-104 that this switch could be
liberated from? I can probably get by with replacing just the rear
wafer, but it looks like just replacing the entire switch would be about
the same amount of work IF I didn't have to re-wire the whole thing.
There are only a handful of connections to the vertical board, that
don't appear to be too much of an obstacle to removing the switch
"en-block".

In lieu of the above, I am considering building my own from an old
12-position single pole wafer that fits. Anybody done this before??

Another option is careful removal of the wafer and attempting repair by
judicious use of super glue to get the broken parts back together. I
don't hold much hope for this, but it is worth a shot as a last resort.

If I can't do any of these, then I have the "junker"! As I said, the
other parts seem to be OK including the CRT.

Thanks In Advance!
