Good point. SOME of the tubulars were for tempco.

Many ceramic discs are N750, precisely for this reason. I've seen
many many tubular ceramics simply used for bypass around volume
controls, where tempco is not an issue.

So, you have a good point, which needs to be checked, but disc
ceramics are available in a wide range of tempcos.

Dipped micas are pretty much inherently nearly zero.
