Be very careful of the meter.  There is B+ on the adjustment screw on the front of the meter (the one that you use to "zero" the meter movement).

I am going through and cleaning, lubricating, and doing an overall check of these things. Just wondering if anyone could give any specific advice for bringing up and/or operating these units.
