[Heathkit] more Sb200 parts needed

I  started my work on this sb200 today and found a few more items missing that I need. Damn a person that would hack up a nice piece of gear like this!

C-26 a 100PF Door knob rated 5KV, and I need its little mounting bracket too. This is affixed to the front panel and is switched in by the band switch to provide Extra Capacitance on the low bands.

I need ONE of the large knobs that goes on the front, specifically, the one that is for the bandswitch, but any of them would do.

I need ONE of the small konbs that goes on the front for relative power sensitivity.

I need TWO sets of the washers that go behind the large knobs on front.

Can ya help me out here?
