[Heathkit] SB610 sweep saga, continued

Hi Mike,
   The neon is only a pilot light and nothing to do with the horizontal sweep circuit. Be sure that the sweep switch in set to the internal  position and that the horizontal gain is turned up. If that doesn't help then you could have a bad V3 (6C10) at which point you will have to measure the voltages on V3. If you have a scope it will make trouble shooting much easier.  Also check resistor R301 a 1meg, these resistors are known to change value drastically.
