[Heathkit] source for cheater type cords

A suitable cord is available from RadioShack, their SKU is 61-2876, or the
61-2877. They are NOT rectangle and for the purist, does not have "ears" for
riveting to the TV back cover, but works OK.  MCM has them too.  They are
NOT polarized, neither were 99% of TV cords.  Now, if you have a socket that
has one larger pin, a polarized one, don't know where to easily obtain them.
