[Heathkit] Digital SB-303?

RadioMart's feedback improved when eBay decided to only rate on the current 
12 months rather than lifetime history.

He does not post feedback on buyers until they post feedback on him.

A few years ago I purchased a Heath HM-15 from him for $9.95(?). I was the 
only bidder. I did not receive the same item as in the photo. The one I 
received had a broken meter and it was not broken in the mail. When I posted 
negative feedback on him he posted negative feedback on me in retaliation!
