Is it truly a Channel -4- signal, or a "virtual" Ch 4?  Pretty hard to tell
as new sets do not extinguish between them.  They just store whatever the
broadcaster assigns to the signal.

The only problem I see is the Channel 4 is being used by digital TV in about
a dozen markets across the US. It is alive here in Tucson AZ
