[Heathkit] 2 pin mic connectors

On the mic connectors used on early Heath and EFJ gear it is an Amphenol
model 80MCM2 connector.  It is still available from selected sources,
however some think they are next to gold! ($10-15)  A Google search came up
with some.

They were also used on CB gear years ago, Browning and Tram base stations
come to mind, if you 'really' need one you might dig one up on an old mic at
a (shudder) CB shop or pawn shop.

B-A catalog in 1980 showed them at $2.95@!
