[Heathkit] Need SB-630 Console Monitor help

I just picked up a really nice SB-630 this weekend.  However, the Identify timer is inoperative.  Both tubes are OK, and the relay pulls in with help.  I need to troubleshoot the circuit, but have no info.  
 
Would someone please (discreetly) send me a copy of the manual so I can bone up on the circuit description and parts list?
