The worst one I encountered was in a GR-54. It has a ceramic tone
control cap from the plate of the PA to ground. It was absolutely
short. When I tried to measure it with my DMM, all I could measure
was the test lead resistance. I'd need a four point connection
and heavy current to measure that resistance.
