If you just need the schematic, go to 
http://www.vintage-radio.info/heathkit/, and look for the HP-1144 
diagram.  If you need the manual, I cannot help, but I do have one of 
these Power Supplies here that works and can provide you with 
measurements, etc.  however most of the important voltages are on this 
schematic or can be calculated..
