[Heathkit] SB-102 mods

Hearhkit put out a mod that changed the resistor you are speaking of from 
100K to an 82k.
I had so many problems tweaking the S meter behind the front panel  of my 
101 that I used a larger sized 200 ohm pot and bolted it on a piece of 
copper on top of the vfo.  The rig works better too.
