Although not a stealth problem per se, I am using a transmatch like I
have never seen before. I am loading up a big dipole with window line.
My transmatch is a parallel L-C arrangement with plug in coils. The
tuning/loading was ugly on many bands and I could not vary the feed
line length nor could I use series tuning. I wound a second link
around the coil. The antenna feed line attaches to the coil. After
some adjusting of the number of turns on the link, it behaves very
nicely.

Why do I bring this up? It might be usefull for loading up an antenna
in the attic, drain troughs, flag pole, etc.

Don't be afraid to bend the ends of your attic dipole so you can get a
couple tens of more feet.

Have fun
