The soap will help kill any static for sure.
Also, if you can exercise the meter. as in lock your keyer at 20 wpm and all
dots ad get the meter to swing full scale may get rid of the sticky meter
blues. Shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to determine if wobbifying is
helping.
