[Heathkit] SB-601 capacitor voltage ratings

Hi guys, I'm recapping an SB-610 and am a little confused about the voltage
rating of C600, C601 - the 40 uf'ers in the 600V supply. There's no voltage
rating in the parts list, and the caps themselves show 350V, but looking at
the schematic the output is 600V. How can this be? I'm ordering replacements
from Mouser and I'm concerned about replacing them with 350 volt, or a
little higher, capacitors. Any suggestions for the best replacement part for
these?
