[Heathkit] SB-220/221 Parts Needed

I have a partially assembled SB-221 (late version) that uses a Molex plug
and socket (6 pin) to connect the power transformer to the rest of the
circuit.  Unfortunately, the male and female pins were missing from this
kit.  I think I have identified them as follows:
 
Male / Molex # 0018122602 / WALDOM # 18-12-2602 / Allied # 863-0429 --
HCS-125 / .125 inch pin / 10-14 AWG / Series 1900
Female / Molex # 0018121602 / WALDOM # 18-12-1602 / Allied # 863-0363 --
HCS-125 / .125 inch pin / 10-14 AWG / Series 1900 
 
I only need 6-8 of each and I would prefer not to have to buy a bag of 100.
 
Also, I need three of the Heathkit # 45-14 1mH RF Chokes.  Where is the
cheapest place to buy these chokes?
