FYI I just bought one off eBay (paid a *lot* for it).

If anyone needs to borrow it to fix a 104 send me an email.

I need one too... I have been thinking about building one, but am
stymied by a source for the connectors and headers used. The PC board
should be easy to make... just straight connections from top to bottom.

I found a meter in my uncles effects. It appears to be bad. No meter
needle movement. The faceplate has a few blemishes but bezel looks
good. Part # on box is: 407-101. He had an SB 102. If interested I just
want the postage to ship it.

If the SB-104 edge connectors are like those in the HR-1680 and
HX-1681, I think an extender could be made using molex connectors and
solid copper wire (#16 maybe?) affixed to a blank board of the
appropriate size. Size the wire to fit nicely into the sockets where
the boards plug in.

Thanks!
I am on it as soon as the stores open up. Got the same info and this
link from another member... I now know what size Molex connectors to
look for...
