60m is the primary HF band for RACES here in HI. After that are 40 &
80m in that order.
Yes, it does have restrictions but if hams use 60m and can manage to
live with the rules there may be more allocations opened up. Which
would you rather have, secondary service or no service at all? I far
prefer secondary but that's just me.
