It seem like a fairly worthless allocation to me. Far to narrow and too
many restrictions - and you're a secondary service at that!
The only saving grace is that contesters aren't allowed there (I don't
think they are, anyway). Anywhere contesters can't go, I'm all for. I
wish they couldn't use the major bands.

Does anyone even use 60 meters? I have listened for long stretches
since the band was first opened, have never heard any activity.
