[Heathkit] SB-620 Scalalyzer Varicap Diode, 455 IF Coil Info Needed

I need to replace the D1 part# 56-49 varicap diode in my SB-620.  Digikey lists 739 of these in their online catalog.  Can someone provide the specs for this part so I can obtain the proper value replacement part?

 

Does anyone know of a source for the 40-775 osc coil (455 Khz IF option), or what the wire size, turns and tap count is so I can make one?  I've got a 1/4" form and slug from an old TV set that fits the hole.
