[Heathkit] WTB Heathkit SB-104A accessories

I've recently purchased a pristine SB-104A, and I'd like to build out a complete station with it.

So far it works great with my HeathKit SA-5010 keyer!

A am looking for..

SB-644A VFO (I assume SB-644 works as well)
SB-614 Scope
SB-604 Speaker
SB-1144A Power Supply
SB-634 Station Console
A good HeathKit desk mic (I assume there is a HeathKit branded mic?)
