They have 0.02uF and 2uF mica caps? I've never seen one that large.

I have a need for the same thing. I've got a nice Sprague TO-6
which has the original DiFilm(R) caps; Those are just papers in
bakelite cases. I haven't been able to find any, either.

I've also got two Solar cap bridges which need the same.
