[Heathkit] SB-102 Very little drive

Can someone point me in the right direction?

With the Mic/CW knob fully clockwise the SB 102 will show in the plate meter position about 75 maybe 100ma when tuned. It will put out 25 watts on 80m and less as I go up in frecuency. Changing the driver tube did not produced any change in drive. Voltages at V7 seems OK. A touch up in the alignment did not make any difference. No grid current shown on the meter. I suspect something other than a bad tube, as three other 6CL6's drivers did not make a difference.
