I'm new to the list but I can say from experience that I've not found a better group of people  willing to share information and good old fashion ham radio "Elmering". I don't know what the current "dust up" is nor do I care, I just wanted to point out how glad I am to have found this group and the outstanding willingness of the group to help all comers no matter how trivial or extreme the request may be.

Having been a ham since the late 60's I've found that there are times when you get a group of people together heads will sometimes butt, it's human nature. That aside I want you all to know what a fine example (in general) you are presenting to the public. A lot of you have helped me bring my complete tube type SB station up to factory specs and for that I'm truly grateful. The 12 year old kid inside this 50+ body is extremely happy to have a wall of gorgeous green boxes lining the walls of my shack, and a few of you have made that possible. If I can ever return the favor I'll be locked and loaded to respond.
