[Heathkit] Microphone type found

There were quite a few different microphones from the late 1950s that were similar in shape.  I believe that both the Astatic and Electrovoice microphones had metal housings and the Japanese "rip offs" were made from plastic.  Since I couldn't afford one of the "better" brands when I was in high school I went with the Japanese "rip off" design.
