[Heathkit] Tube checker info needed

Hello:  Does anyone have a model number of the Heathkit CRT Checker and

Rejuvenator?  It has four individual meters.  One for the Heater Voltage, one for

the Red Gun, one for the Blue gun and one for the Green gun.  It also have six

push buttons to select the checking process.  I checked the Heathkit site and

couldn't find any information. Any help appreciated.  Thanks.
