Robert,
The CD2554A transistor crosses to the MRF 450A. IMO, The Motorola 450A 
devices are a bit more robust. Four of them will yeild 110 to 125 watts out. 
I have replaced several finals, and I have never had one fail. FYI --- the 
drivers are MRF 314A.
RF parts has them, but they aint cheep!

Are you sure all 4 of the original devices are bad?
