You can build a supply for those specs from Radio Shack parts. Have a 
look at my schematic at

Change the frist transformer to catalog # 273-1511 to allow for the 
heavier filament draw and it should do the trick.

chassis, transformer, etc. The spec's are 6.3 volts @ 3.3 amps or 12.6
