[Heathkit] AT-1 question

This is really getting ridiculous!  Most of those things are covered in 47 CFR Part 15.  Anyway, to probably the applause of 99.9 percent of the people who participate in this reflector, this will be my last post on the subject.  If someone wants to blatantly break the law then so be it.
