[Heathkit] GD-1021 photoelectric beam relay UNBUILT

Hello heathkit lovers. Today i came across this Photoelectric beam relay from heathkit. This kit is complete from what i can see. I do not want to open the bags of parts or open the envelope in the bottom of the box it came in.All paper work this there as well.Whats it worth?
