[Heathkit] SB-104/HW-104 Extender board

Does anyone have an extender board for the SB-104/HW-104 for sale/rent etc. I need to align the bandpass filter board after saving the HW-104 from a previous owners botched CB mod.
The rig performs well on all bands except 10 meters and without the extender card the alignment points are not accessible.
