Go to your local hobby shop and the model railroad section ... there you
should find 00-90 (smallest) and 0-80 screws and nuts.

Don't really know!  It would depend on the technician.  I usually just
look really sad with big "puppy dog eyes" and they feel sorry for me and
give me a few of the machine screws and nuts.
