[Heathkit] Need HW-104 and HM-2102 Parts

The OCD in me requires I restore two pieces of Heathkit hear to original.
Here's what I need......
 
1.  Rear panel for a HW-104 transceiver.  I'd like a nice one with strong
lettering and no mods or engravings.
 
2.  Rear enclosure for a HM-2102 VHF SWR meter.  This is the piece that has
the coax connectors mounted on it.  I'd also like it to be nice with no mods
or engravings.
