Im perfectly able to exercise my rights to keep this information in the 
free public domain. There is no law prohibiting a non signatory country 
from hosting them. And others have almost no enforcement, especially for 
something as puny as this.

They will be around whether he is there or not. They are too widely 
distributed to ever be stopped.
