Hi Lee,
As a professional entertainer of thirty years+ I discovered that successful
local, regional, musical groups were often times a good source for both
wireless and cord microphones. As well as stands, speaker columns, power
amplifiers, EQ gear etc. Since I am a professional Magician/Illusionist and
"good" stage audio gear is costly, often times doing some checking in
several counties from my home QTH produced some excellent sources for used
equipment. As always, let the buyer beware!
Making a few calls takes little time and the results may pleasantly surprise
your accounting software!
