[Heathkit] Need function switch for Apache

Folks,

After not using my Apache for a few years, I wanted to check it out  
and "reactivate" it. I found the front wafer of the function switch in  
pieces, and I don't believe I'll be able to epoxy it together so it'll  
be functional.
I wonder whether anyone may have the switch from a parts unit, or  
maybe just the wafer in question..

Any leads and of course the real item would be greatly appreciated.
